Job Description
We are seeking a Facility Manager to oversee multiple commercial and residential properties on Lagos Island, including one site in Apapa. Responsibilities include supervising daily operations and maintenance, monitoring budgets, coordinating vendors, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Competitive monthly salary: ₦500,00–₦600,00.
- HND/BSc in Facility Management, Engineering, Estate Management, or related field
- Proven experience managing multi-site properties
- Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
