Job Description

FactBase Consulting Limited is seeking a highly skilled, honest, and dedicated individual for the role of Facility Manager in Abuja. Our client is a rapidly expanding FMCG company, with a factory situated in the Shagamu/Ijebu-Ode area and a Head Office in Lagos Mainland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate installations and repairs.
  • Develop and implement maintenance systems for company facilities.
  • Manage procurement processes and facility upgrades.
  • Prepare and oversee the annual budget for building maintenance.

Qualifications:

  • A Degree/HND in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of eight years of experience in FMCG or manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
