Job Description
Brit Properties is seeking a highly skilled Facility Manager to oversee the planning and coordination of installations and refurbishments, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. The successful candidate will manage equipment upkeep, inspect building structures, review utility consumption, and supervise facility staff, including custodians and technicians. Key responsibilities also include controlling activities such as parking space allocation and waste disposal, as well as maintaining financial and non-financial records.
Requirements for this role include proven experience in facility management, strong technical knowledge, and excellent communication and organizational skills. A relevant degree and professional qualification are advantageous.
