Job Description
Blooms Academy seeks a full-time Facility Manager to oversee campus maintenance and operations. Responsibilities include routine inspections, minor repairs, preventive maintenance, vendor and project coordination, and supervising maintenance, grounds, and cleaning teams. The role also ensures health, safety, and environmental compliance and provides logistical support for events and examinations.
- Qualifications: Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Technology, or related field.
- Experience: Proven facilities/property management experience (school environment preferred).
- Skills: Strong leadership, organizational abilities, knowledge of building systems, and capacity to work with minimal supervision.
Salary: N120,00–N150,00 monthly.
