Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of our facilities. As a Facility Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of our physical assets, including buildings, equipment, utilities, and systems.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing facility management policies and procedures
- Maintaining and managing physical assets, including repairs, renovations, and upgrades
- Managing vendor contracts and service agreements
- Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Managing facility budgets and expenses
- Supervising a team of maintenance staff
