Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our facilities. As a Facility Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our buildings and grounds.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing maintenance procedures and protocols
- Managing a team of maintenance staff and contractors
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitoring and controlling facility budgets
- Coordinating repairs, renovations, and maintenance projects
- Overseeing building security and emergency preparedness
To excel in this role, you should have excellent organizational and leadership skills, as well as a strong understanding of facility management principles. Experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
