Job Description

Ascentech Services Ltd seeks an experienced and proactive Facility Manager to independently oversee all facility operations at our Sango, Ota location. Annual salary: $300,00.

  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure maintenance and safety compliance.
  • Coordinate repairs, improvements, and execution of recommended upgrades.
  • Source suppliers, obtain competitive quotes, and manage vendor relationships.
  • Supervise maintenance and housekeeping teams to maintain cleanliness and order.
  • Prepare timely reports and updates for senior management.

Job Type: Full-time. Previous facility management experience is required.
