Job Description
Ascentech Services Ltd seeks an experienced and proactive Facility Manager to independently oversee all facility operations at our Sango, Ota location. Annual salary: $300,00.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure maintenance and safety compliance.
- Coordinate repairs, improvements, and execution of recommended upgrades.
- Source suppliers, obtain competitive quotes, and manage vendor relationships.
- Supervise maintenance and housekeeping teams to maintain cleanliness and order.
- Prepare timely reports and updates for senior management.
Job Type: Full-time. Previous facility management experience is required.
