Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Facility Helpdesk Officer to join our team. As a Facility Helpdesk Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support for all facility-related inquiries and issues.

Key responsibilities:

• Receive and respond to facility-related inquiries and issues promptly.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely resolution of problems.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all facility-related incidents and solutions provided.
• Assist in identifying areas for improvement in facility operations and propose effective solutions.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar role or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
