Job Description

We are seeking a Facility Coordinator to manage building operations, maintenance, and vendor relationships. The role requires ensuring safety compliance, performing routine inspections, coordinating repairs, and supporting space planning to maintain efficient, safe facilities.

Applicants should have at least two years of facilities or building maintenance experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. Proficiency with scheduling software and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks are essential. This position reports to the Operations Manager and may require occasional after-hours support.
