Job Description

YHM International Services is currently looking for a Facilities & Front Desk Lead to join our new headquarters in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. This full-time position involves overseeing reception duties, managing visitor interactions, and coordinating facilities to ensure a professional atmosphere for both staff and guests. Key responsibilities include vendor management, office space allocation, and facilitating repairs and utility services to maintain our brand standards.

Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Applied Sciences, or Business Administration is required. Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in office management or facilities coordination, along with strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in administrative tools is also essential.
