Job Description

Larch Consulting Services is actively looking for a dedicated and organized Facilities Manager to enhance our building maintenance operations. This position requires interaction with high-net-worth clients and a strong understanding of Building Management Systems (BMS).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the efficient functioning of utility services.
  • Establish structured workflows for addressing issues.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Manage and supervise maintenance activities effectively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
  • 5-10 years of relevant facilities management experience.
  • Excellent leadership and collaborative skills.
  • Proficient in property management software applications.
