Job Description
Larch Consulting Services is actively looking for a dedicated and organized Facilities Manager to enhance our building maintenance operations. This position requires interaction with high-net-worth clients and a strong understanding of Building Management Systems (BMS).
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the efficient functioning of utility services.
- Establish structured workflows for addressing issues.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- Manage and supervise maintenance activities effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
- 5-10 years of relevant facilities management experience.
