Job Description

We are currently seeking an Experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team at Rolad Properties. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities. Your responsibilities will include overseeing monthly financial statements, performing account reconciliations, and managing the general ledger system.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and statement of cash flows.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes.
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.
• Oversee the general ledger system and ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
• Provide analysis and interpretation of financial data for management decision-making.
• Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
