Job Description
Mshel Homes Limited is on the lookout for a skilled Sales Executive with comprehensive expertise in the real estate market, especially in land and property sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating high-quality leads, successfully closing deals, and consistently achieving monthly sales targets starting from N50 million.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and convert potential leads into sales.
- Remain informed about market trends and developments.
- Facilitate the sale of residential and commercial properties.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Surpass monthly sales targets regularly.
Salary: N400,00 – N500,00 Monthly
