Job Description
Careers Verified seeks an experienced Recovery Officer to manage overdue loan portfolios through field visits, phone follow-ups, tracing absconded customers, negotiating repayment plans, and preparing timely reports. This full-time role requires achievement of recovery targets while complying with company policy and CBN regulations.
- Experience: 2–5 years in loan recovery or related field
- Education: HND or B.Sc. in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics
- Skills: strong negotiation, communication, field-investigation, integrity, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Compensation: ₦200,00–₦250,00 per month
