Job Description
We are seeking an Experience Center Supervisor to oversee daily operations, elevate in-person product experiences, and coach a small team to deliver exceptional customer engagement. The supervisor will manage schedules, maintain merchandising and demo areas, analyze visitor feedback, and coordinate events and training to increase footfall and conversion.
- Lead and mentor staff; ensure professional, customer-first service.
- Manage visual merchandising, demo presentation, and operational standards.
- Analyze feedback and performance metrics; implement improvements.
- Coordinate events, trainings, and staffing for evenings and weekends.
Requirements: 3+ years retail or experiential management, strong communication and coaching skills, basic technical aptitude, reliability, and proven problem-solving ability.
