Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic technical assistant to support our team with administrative, client relations, and technical tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
- Online community management – manage students and users of the company’s online academy
- Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners
- Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
- Performing minor accounting duties
- Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
- Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments, travel, and lodging arrangements
Requirements:
- Must be tech-savvy and smart
- Must be proficient with basic office software – Microsoft Office
- Must have excellent communication and people skills
- Must be able to take initiative and work without close supervision
- Must be able to manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
