Job Description

ICONNS Group is seeking a highly skilled Executive Secretary to provide high-level administrative support to our executives. This role ensures smooth daily operations and effective communication in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage executives’ schedules and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and distribute correspondence and reports.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders.
• Organize meetings and record minutes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Reside within V.I and environs, age 25 and above.

Salary: N200,00 – N250,00 monthly.
