The Executive HR Manager will be responsible for the implementation of HR policies, effective management of recruitment processes, maintenance of employee records, ensuring adherence to labor regulations, and addressing employee relations matters. Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, have over 5 years of relevant experience, and demonstrate exceptional organizational skills.
