Job Description
We seek a professional Executive Culinary Assistant to support the Executive Chef in menu development, food preparation, inventory control, and coordination of kitchen staff. This role ensures consistently high culinary standards and efficient daily operations.
- Assist with recipe testing and menu refinement; supervise line cooks and oversee production flow.
- Manage ingredient ordering, inventory tracking, and vendor communications.
- Maintain sanitation and safety standards; assist with banquet and event setup as required.
- Work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating strong organizational and leadership skills.
Qualifications: minimum 2 years in professional kitchens, culinary training or equivalent experience, and proven ability to manage teams and operations.
