Job Description
Alert Group Limited, a dynamic and fast-growing company, is currently hiring for the position of Executive Credit Manager in Lagos. As a subsidiary of Alert Group, Alert microfinance bank (MFB) is a profitable deposit-taking MFB that focuses on micro enterprise lending, while Auto bucks is a non-deposit taking MFI focused on SME lending set to launch in March 2023.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to guide our financial systems and empower our growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for various tasks, including:
- Loan marketing
- Recruitment of viable credit users/customers
- Appraisals of credit users
- Client relationship management
To qualify for this position, candidates must possess a First Degree or its equivalent and have 0-3 years of work experience. Strong interpersonal skills, result orientation, and excellent oral and written communication skills are essential. Prior experience in a similar field will be considered an advantage.
The salary for this position ranges from N50,00 to N150,00 monthly.
