Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director.
- Facilitate clear communication between the Managing Director’s office and staff.
- Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate meetings and take detailed minutes.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Assist in various ad-hoc tasks for smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
