Job Description

We are currently looking for a dedicated and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our management team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in assisting our executives in handling daily tasks and ensuring efficient operation of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents
  • Screen and prioritize incoming correspondence and emails
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and documents
  • Conduct research and compile data for various projects
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating company events and meetings
  • Manage confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role
  • Proficient in using various office software, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
