Job Description
Unicorn Innovations Hill Limited is in search of a highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Managing Director in Ibadan. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding writing abilities and a strong passion for organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily meetings and manage executive calendars.
- Serve as a liaison between executives, employees, and clients.
- Oversee social media engagement and assist with the Coaching App.
- Prepare presentations and content across various platforms.
- Screen phone calls and manage correspondence.
Requirements:
- BSc/BA in English or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
This is a full-time position reporting directly to the Managing Director.
