Job Description
Toasties Limited is currently in search of a dedicated Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Managing Director (MD) in various administrative functions. The successful candidate will manage schedules, handle correspondence, prepare reports, coordinate meetings, and ensure the efficiency of daily operations.
The ideal applicant is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of anticipating needs in a dynamic environment. Key responsibilities include managing the MD’s calendar, organizing meetings, drafting communications, and maintaining confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Salary: N200,00 Monthly.
