Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional Executive Assistant to support the Founder & CEO. Responsibilities include managing a complex calendar, arranging domestic and international travel, coordinating meetings, handling confidential communications, and preparing reports and presentations to support strategic initiatives.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years supporting C-level executives.
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, and strict discretion.
- Technical: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
