Job Description
Xymbolic Development Limited, a top real estate company in Lagos, is seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO. Responsibilities include supporting the CEO, managing administrative tasks, implementing ideas, and ensuring office efficiency.
- Collaborate with the CEO on reports, proposals, and contract development with key stakeholders.
- Update and implement strategies with clear timelines.
- Assist in overseeing new initiatives and business growth areas.
- Conduct research, create reports, and maintain records for decision-making.
Requirements:
- First degree in Business Management (Second Class Upper).
- 1-2 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Research and analytical skills, excellent communication, and proficiency in Google Suite.
