The ideal candidate anticipates needs, prioritizes effectively, and ensures seamless daily operations.

• Requirements: 3+ years supporting C-level executives; excellent written and verbal communication; strong organization and discretion.
• Technical: advanced calendar management and proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Responsibilities: prepare briefings and reports, coordinate with stakeholders, and resolve issues proactively under pressure.
