Owens and Xley Consults is on the lookout for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide support to the CEO. This full-time role is based in Lagos Mainland, Lagos.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the CEO’s calendar, travel arrangements, and appointments.
• Prepare detailed reports, briefs, and presentations.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Coordinate project timelines with internal teams.
• Conduct in-depth research and manage various documentation.
• Serve as a liaison between the CEO and key stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
