Job Description
Fastrecruita is a recruitment consulting firm offering top-notch services to clients and candidates. We are currently seeking a qualified candidate for the role of Executive Assistant to MD based in Ikoyi, Lagos on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities:
- Manage CEO’s professional and personal scheduling, including agendas, emails, calls, client management, and logistics.
- Coordinate complex scheduling, calendar management, and information flow to senior executives.
- Handle travel logistics for senior executives, including accommodations, transportation, and meals.
- Provide administrative support, including typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, and maintaining filing systems.
- Ensure confidentiality with all materials, organize team communications, and plan events.
Requirements:
- Candidates should have relevant qualifications with 1-3 years of experience.
Salary: N80,00 – N100,00 per month.
