Job Description

Sophie Michael Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Executive Personal Assistant to support our CEO. This key role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential communications, and ensuring the seamless operation of daily activities.

Your responsibilities will include providing top-level support, managing complex calendars and travel arrangements, preparing reports and presentations, and acting as a liaison between executives and stakeholders. We prioritize professionalism and discretion in our work environment.

Qualifications for this position include a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, a minimum of five years of experience supporting senior executives, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
