Stardust Technologies is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to deliver exceptional administrative support to senior executives. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with outstanding communication skills and the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate executive schedules and travel arrangements
• Draft reports, memos, and professional correspondence
• Maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
• Organize meetings and corporate events
• Assist with presentations and perform research

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience as an executive assistant
• Proficient in Canva and Microsoft Office Suite
• Exceptional organizational and communication abilities

Compensation: ₦200,00 monthly plus benefits
