Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize appointments.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and handle confidential information.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.
- Anticipate executive needs and maintain filing systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
