Job Description
Oasis Africa Consulting Limited is seeking an Executive Assistant for their operations in the Nigerian Oil and Gas industry in Lekki, Lagos.
Job Description:
- Provide direct administrative support to the Managing Director.
- Screen and handle MD’s calls, emails, and messages.
- Coordinate travel and accommodations.
- Interact with stakeholders and visitors.
- Maintain MD’s schedule and handle correspondence.
- Assist in research, report preparation, and personal tasks.
- Coordinate and document meetings.
- Prepare presentations and papers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree / HND in relevant fields.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role.
Desirable:
- Professional certification is an advantage.
