Job Description

We seek a proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership by managing complex calendars, coordinating travel and meetings, drafting correspondence, preparing reports and presentations, and maintaining confidential files. The ideal candidate has 3+ years supporting C-level executives, strong communication and time-management skills, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, and proven discretion with sensitive information.

Success requires excellent problem-solving, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.
