Job Description
Our client, Maurice Xandra Solutions Limited, is a financial services firm that collaborates with families, foundations, and institutional investors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office administration and liaise with contractors/suppliers.
- Support the MD in business meetings and other investment portfolios.
- Handle petty cash and oversee office expenses.
- Facilitate travel logistics for the MD.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
