Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant at the Management Level to support our senior management team. The ideal candidate must have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and handling confidential information with discretion. The Executive Assistant will serve as a key point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Requirements: a Bachelor’s degree, proven experience in an executive support role, proficiency in MS Office Suite, and exceptional time management skills. The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively is essential.
