Job Description
JSK Consulting Group is seeking to hire an Executive Assistant.
Responsibilities Include:
- General office support including minute taking.
- Develop and maintain records systems.
- Prioritize incoming mail.
- Organize storage for information.
- Provide interface between guests and staff.
- Organize logistics for workshops.
- Respond to inquiries.
- Manage staff and resources.
- Maintain the Company’s calendar.
Qualifications: A degree or HND, 3-4 years experience, excellent communication, and MS Office proficiency.
