Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our Founder by managing schedules and ensuring seamless communication with clients and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Founder’s calendar and meeting arrangements
• Facilitate both internal and external meetings
• Keep track of event tasks and deadlines
• Act as a liaison between clients and vendors
• Develop proposals and presentations
• Manage budgets and timelines effectively

Qualifications: A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with exceptional organizational skills and proficiency in Google Workspace/Microsoft Office.

Location: Gbagada, Lagos. Compensation: ₦150,00 – ₦200,00/month, full-time on-site.
