Job Description
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the position of Executive Assistant at Earth Vine & Cask Ltd. The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative support to our executives and ensure smooth operations within the company.
Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and assisting with special projects. The Executive Assistant must possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in multitasking, and have a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Manage executives’ calendars and appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
- Assist with event planning and coordination
