Job Description
ROLES
- Act as the point of contact between the Chairman and internal/external key stakeholders.
- Screen and direct phone calls, requests, etc. and distribute correspondence, as appropriate.
- Manage the Chairman’s diary and email, highlighting correspondence that requires urgent attention.
- Keep and maintain accurate records and documentation of correspondences (print and electronic) on behalf of the Chairman.
- Carry out research, market intelligence, and business analysis on behalf of the Chairman, as may be necessary.
- Travel with the Chairman within and outside Nigeria.
REQUIREMENT
- First degree or its equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or other relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong business acumen, stakeholder management, organizational, communication, and schedule management skills.
- Readiness to travel outside the job location.
- Experience in the FMCG industry is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 45 years.
