Job Description

Job Position: Executive Assistant (Fresh Graduate)

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prioritize and respond to emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare travel itineraries and make travel arrangements.
  • Order office supplies and equipment.
  • Draft and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems.
  • Coordinate meetings and events.
  • Manage confidential information.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences or a related field.
  • Fresh graduate with a minimum of 2:1.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile.
