Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team and contribute to the smooth operation of our company.
Your main responsibilities will include managing executives’ calendars, scheduling and coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and preparing reports and presentations. You will also be responsible for making travel arrangements, managing expense reports, and organizing company events.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication and multitasking skills, as well as exceptional attention to detail. A minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Coordinate executive calendars and manage meetings
- Handle correspondence and prepare reports
