Job Description
CHELSEA HOTEL, located in Abuja, Nigeria, is currently seeking a dedicated Executive Administrative Assistant to provide vital administrative support in a fast-paced environment. This full-time, on-site position entails managing incoming calls and emails, maintaining effective communication with stakeholders, and ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, exemplary phone etiquette, keen attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and Zoom. A preference will be given to candidates holding an Associate’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, along with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
