Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Events Manager to join our team. As an Events Manager I, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of events to promote our company’s brand and products.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing event strategies, objectives, and budgets in collaboration with the marketing team
- Coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure smooth event operations
- Creating detailed event plans, including timelines, task allocation, and resources needed
- Managing event logistics, such as travel arrangements, accommodations, and equipment
- Overseeing event registration, participant communication, and post-event evaluations
