Job Description
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Events Manager to join our team. As an Events Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of events, including conferences, seminars, exhibitions, and corporate events.
Your main responsibilities will include coordinating with clients to understand their event requirements, creating event proposals and budgets, securing venues and suppliers, managing event logistics, and overseeing the execution of the events to ensure their success.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in event management, preferably in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in event management software and tools
- Flexibility to work on weekends and travel, if required
