Job Description
Gin Don Agency is in search of a committed Event Manager to lead our team in orchestrating extraordinary events. This role encompasses the oversight of logistics, budget management, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the event lifecycle. The ideal candidate will supervise event staff, liaise with vendors, and manage on-site operations, guaranteeing that each event is executed flawlessly and securely.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and managing event logistics
- Supervising the team and delegating tasks
- Maintaining client communication and fostering relationships
- Conducting post-event evaluations to improve future executions
Requirements: 2–5 years of event planning experience, with a preference for candidates who have successfully managed large-scale events.
