Job Description
As an Estate Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting property valuations, assessing land and building configurations, and providing expert advice on real estate matters. Your main goal will be to ensure the efficient management and utilization of properties for our clients.
In this role, you will be expected to carry out site visits and inspections, analyze property data and market trends, and propose strategies to maximize value and minimize risk. Additionally, you will need to prepare detailed reports, including property appraisals, feasibility studies, and investment analyses.
To excel in this position, you should possess strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and a solid understanding of property legislation and regulations. Effective communication and negotiation skills are also necessary as you will collaborate with various stakeholders, including property owners, developers, and local authorities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management, Real Estate, or a related field
- Proven experience in property valuation and surveying
- Familiarity with real estate laws, regulations, and market practices
- Proficiency in using relevant software and databases
- Excellent report writing and presentation skills
