Job Description
An opportunity awaits you to join our team as an Estate Surveyor / Location Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying suitable locations, evaluating properties, and providing expert advice regarding real estate development and investment strategies.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting site visits and inspections to assess the potential of different properties
- Performing property valuations and appraisals
- Identifying potential risks and opportunities associated with property investments
- Providing guidance on legal and regulatory requirements for property acquisition and development
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure optimal property utilization
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in real estate, excellent analytical skills, and a keen eye for detail. The ideal applicant should possess a degree in Estate Management or a related field and have at least 3 years of experience in the industry.
