Job Description
Toyin Olatunbosun and Partners is looking for skilled Male and Female Estate Surveyors with expertise in property management and valuation. The ideal candidates must be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication and organizational skills, and hold at least an HND qualification with a minimum of two years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities include conducting property valuations, managing a diverse portfolio of properties, preparing detailed reports, liaising with clients, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Candidates should possess a B.Sc or HND in Estate Management and be proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.
