Job Description
Xtrim Properties, a fast-growing Real Estate company in Ikeja, Lagos, is seeking candidates for the role of Estate Officer I in Ogba – Ikeja, Lagos.
Job Description:
- Drive social media campaigns.
- Familiarize with all properties in the management portfolio.
- Source properties and market company briefs effectively.
- Conduct inspections and engage clients.
- Handle management of properties.
- Assist the Head of Practice as delegated.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate in Estate Management or Building Technology with 3 years of experience.
- Passionate, energetic, and proficient in computer and social media tools.
- Good communication and writing skills in English.
- Driving ability is a plus.
Salary: N70,00 Monthly.
